First, I want to thank you for the lovely response to my sewing table (I'm so glad I'm not the only "giant" out there!) and matryoshka dolls. My new table is working out great, and is currently com-plete-ly covered with the remnants of pattern drafting and sample stitching (i.e. the state I prefer it to be!).

Which brings me to "win some" portion of this post. In just a few days, my matryoshka pattern will be available for purchase (yay!). So, in celebration of my 14th PDF sewing pattern release, I will be giving away 3 copies of my Mod for Matryoshka sewing pattern!

All you need to do is leave a comment below (1 per person, please!) letting me know your favorite pattern from my shop, OR what pattern you would like me to tackle next! Three lucky winners will be announced on Tuesday (Jan. 29), and will receive the pattern before it is available in my shop (Wednesday). Please make sure that your name links to an e-mail address or leave it in the comments so I can contact you if you win.

    I've been loving the bunny pattern for my sewing for the children's hospital. The little girls also love the Magtroyshka dolls. Love to see cute designs that are also pillows to hold for the kids.

    My favourite is definitely the Elephants! I've made quite a few and never get tired of them. Although I do love making the pears too. They are so quick and easy! I'd love it if you made a pattern for a little fat bird in the future. I love birds but have never found a pattern that what just right. x

    I just adore you little house pattern! I have made several and have had so much personalizing them for different people. They loved them too! But I am most excited about this new little Matryoshka, I have several little sets of these nesting dolls that I got as a child living in Europe 50 years ago. So, I can't wait to make one!

These are also a favourite, I made them for my 2 daughters school teachers for Christmas and embroidered their names on the back with a little message. One teacher told my little girl it made her cry on Christmas morning when she opened it!

    My favorite is the Ruthie Bear. She reminds me of the "Honey Bear" I had as a girl. I wore the fur off that bear I loved it so much.

    I love Stella and Stewart Owl because I am totally in love with owls generally AND - Tilly and Tommy Elephant just because they are absolutely cute!!! )))
    I am from Moscow and Matryoshka is our national doll - so I've seen hundreds of them around here - but your pattern is one of the best (warm and pretty) :)
